How to Measure

Shoulder

Measure from the tip of one shoulder, across your back to the tip of your other shoulder.

Chest

Measure the circumference around the fullest area of chest.

Natural Waist

Measure the circumference around the narrowest area of waist.

Lower Waist

Measure the circumference around the fullest area of waist.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your body, above the top of your legs.

Sleeves Outseam

Measure from your shoulder seam, with your arm slightly bent, to the tip of your wrist.

Pants Inseam

Measure from your crotch point to your ankle bone.

Things to Keep in Mind

To ensure accurate measurements, you will need:

  • A non-stretchable measuring tape
  • A pen and paper to note measurements
  • Assistance from another person (recommended)

Wear a fitted t-shirt and avoid bulky layers. Stand naturally—don’t suck in your stomach or puff out your chest.

Neck Measurement

Wrap the measuring tape around the base of your neck. Insert two fingers between your neck and the tape for comfort allowance.

Shoulder

Measure from the edge of one shoulder across the back to the edge of the other shoulder. Keep the tape straight and aligned with your natural shoulder line.

Sleeve length

Start at the edge of your shoulder and measure down your arm to your desired wrist length.

Biceps Measurement

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your upper arm (bicep) to get an accurate fit.

Chest / Bust Measurement

Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust. Ensure the tape remains level and snug, not tight.

Natural Waist Measurement

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.

Lower Waist Measurement

Measure around the widest part of your waist, typically at or slightly below the belly button.

Center Back Length

Place the tape at the center back of your neck and measure straight down to your desired jacket length.

Hip Measurement

For longer jackets, measure around the fullest part of your hips for proper fit and comfort.

Wrist Measurement

Wrap the tape around your wrist just above the wrist bone to ensure a well-fitted sleeve opening.

Sleeve Inseam

Using a well-fitted jacket, measure from the inside arm seam (armscye) down to the sleeve hem.
